Terms of Service and order policy

These terms apply to purchases made directly through this website. Review them before submitting payment.

1. Orders

An order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and an order confirmation is issued. Verify the product, finish, color, quantity, shipping address, and total before paying. We may cancel and refund an order if a product cannot be produced, pricing is materially incorrect, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment would violate law or payment-provider rules.

2. Product condition and variations

Unless a listing expressly says “Finished,” masks are unfinished 3D-printed PETG shells intended for sanding, filling, priming, painting, and fitting by the buyer. Layer lines, seams, support marks, and small cosmetic print artifacts are normal characteristics of unfinished 3D prints and are not automatically defects.

Hand-finished items and made-to-order prints may have minor variations from photographs. Product pages control if their specific description conflicts with a general statement on this page.

3. Quantity discounts

Automatic discounts are based on the total number of masks in one cart before shipping and tax: 2 masks receive 5% off, 3 or more receive 10% off, 5 or more receive 15% off, and 10 or more receive 20% off. Only the single highest eligible tier applies.

Orders of 20 or more masks receive the automatic 20% tier and may be eligible for separately quoted bulk pricing. A bulk quote must be agreed in writing before payment and is not retroactive.

4. Production and shipping

We accept shipping orders to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available.

Products are generally made after purchase. Allow up to two weeks for production before shipment unless a product page or written order confirmation states otherwise. Delivery estimates begin after shipment and are not guarantees.

The buyer is responsible for supplying a complete, accurate delivery address. If an order is delayed beyond a promised shipping time, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law. Risk of loss and delivery responsibilities are governed by applicable law and the shipping service used.

5. Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges

Because products are made to order, refunds, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not guaranteed. Requests are reviewed individually, and we will make a reasonable good-faith effort to accommodate production errors, shipping mishaps, damage, incorrect items, or other documented problems.

Contact us using the order-confirmation contact method as soon as possible. For a damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed order, notify us within 7 calendar days after delivery and include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when relevant. Keep the item and packaging until the review is complete.

Depending on the facts, available resolutions may include repair guidance, replacement, exchange, store credit, partial refund, or full refund. The appropriate resolution is determined case by case, except where a specific remedy is required by law. Approved returns must follow the provided instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the problem was our error.

Change-of-mind requests, fit preferences, buyer finishing results, expected characteristics of a disclosed unfinished print, and damage caused by use, alteration, painting, sanding, heat, improper storage, or incorrect handling ordinarily do not qualify for a remedy. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

6. Payment and checkout authorization

Payments are one-time purchases processed through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the displayed order total, shipping, and applicable taxes. This website does not receive or store complete card numbers. Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to its payment services.

7. Safety and intended use

Masks are costume and display products, not protective equipment. A mask may restrict vision, hearing, airflow, movement, or situational awareness. Do not use it while driving, operating machinery, near open flame or excessive heat, or in any situation where impaired visibility or breathing creates risk. Adult supervision is required when appropriate.

8. Applicable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including rights concerning non-delivery, fraud, materially misdescribed goods, or defective goods where applicable. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

9. Questions and policy updates

Use the contact information supplied with your order confirmation for order-policy questions. The terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order unless a later change is required by law or agreed with the buyer.
